Attorneys representing both the Dow chemical company and Tittabawassee flood plain residents had their day in court this morning before Saginaw county circuit court Judge Leopold Borrello.

Dow is seeking to have several areas of the case dealing with the dioxin issue dismissed. Both sides argued their points but ultimately Judge Borrello will decided when, how and if the case will go forward including a push by the plaintiffs for class action status.

Borrello says he will make his decisions in the case in about two weeks time.
